Terms of Service
Subject of the Agreement
This document constitutes a public offer from Kardashov Andrei Andreevich, sole trader (the Provider), and governs access to the tgcparser software (the Service). The offer is accepted when the User pays for a selected plan, activates access, or starts using the Service, whichever occurs first.
Service and Access
The Provider grants the User access to the Service under the selected plan. The access period and its starting point are determined by the plan terms and the information provided when the order is placed; where expressly stated, the period starts upon activation. The Service may evolve and its functionality may change. Material product updates are communicated on the website and/or through the official tgcparser Telegram channel.
Pricing, Payment and Refunds
Current pricing is published at tgcparser.com. Available payment methods are shown or communicated when an order is placed. Price changes do not affect access that has already been paid for. Before purchasing longer-term access, the User may choose a short-term plan and ask questions about functionality before payment. A subjective mismatch with expectations or a decision to stop using the Service does not create an additional contractual right to a full refund beyond rights expressly provided by applicable law. Refunds are made only in the cases, within the time limits, and according to the procedure required by applicable law, including rules applicable to digital products where relevant. The Provider may request information necessary to identify the order, payment and circumstances of the claim.
Rights and Obligations
The User must use the Service lawfully and comply with the rules of the platforms and services they use, including Telegram and MAX. The Service must not be used for spam, unauthorised access, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful processing of data, or resale of access without the Provider's written consent. The User is responsible for the legality of selected sources, the legal basis for processing obtained data, and actions performed through accounts connected by the User. The Provider takes reasonable technical measures to maintain the Service but does not promise a fixed availability percentage unless expressly agreed otherwise.
External Platforms and Limitation of Liability
Some Service functions depend on Telegram, MAX, AI providers, APIs, hosting and other external systems. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for their unavailability, changes to rules or APIs, account restrictions or blocks, third-party actions, connectivity failures, or other circumstances outside the Provider's reasonable control. The User is responsible for safeguarding their accounts, API keys, proxies and other credentials supplied by the User. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be limited by agreement under applicable law.
Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data processed by the Provider is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at tgcparser.com/privacy. When using the Service to process data relating to third parties, the User is responsible for having the necessary legal grounds and complying with applicable data-protection requirements.
Requests and Dispute Resolution
The parties will seek to resolve disagreements through communication and negotiation. The User may contact the Provider through the Telegram contact specified below. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled according to the jurisdiction and procedure required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and other statutory protections remain unaffected.
