Terms of Service

Edition dated January 1, 2025

  1. 1. Subject of the Agreement

    This document constitutes a public offer from Kardashov Andrei Andreevich (sole trader, hereinafter — Provider) and defines the terms for access to the tgcparser software (hereinafter — Service). Acceptance is deemed to occur upon payment for access to the Service or commencement of its use.

  2. 2. Service and Access

    The Provider grants the User access to the Service under the selected pricing plan. Access is granted for the period specified in the plan, starting from the moment of payment receipt. The Provider may modify Service functionality with notice via the official Telegram channel.

  3. 3. Pricing and Payment

    Pricing is determined by the current plans published at tgcparser.com. Payments are accepted in Russian rubles. The Provider may change prices; changes do not apply to already-paid periods. Refunds for unused periods are processed upon written request within 72 hours of payment.

  4. 4. Rights and Obligations

    The User agrees to use the Service in compliance with applicable law, Telegram's Terms of Service, and this agreement. Prohibited: automated spam, data collection infringing third-party rights, reselling access without written consent. The Provider undertakes to maintain Service availability of at least 95% per month.

  5. 5. Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for Telegram's actions, API changes, third-party account blocks, or indirect losses. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current period.

  6. 6. Privacy

    Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy published at tgcparser.com/privacy. The Provider does not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

  7. 7. Dispute Resolution

    Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the court at the Provider's location. Claims may be sent via the support Telegram bot.
